Please discuss this with your tutor or tutee directly. As with any other appointments it is best to give as much advance notice and possible and try to rearrange to a more suitable time for both of you. We’d also like to point out that continually rescheduling tutoring appointments may result in the other party becoming unwilling to deal with you further.
